I know I will have to pay additional tax (beyond my current deductions), but I'm unsure how to pay it. I've avoided selling to now because I'm not sure how to deal with the taxes.
You can pay estimated taxes at the IRS' EFTPS web site by enrolling.
See https://www.eftps.com/eftps/
You can also make a payment to the IRS via credit/debit card or bank account at the web site below.

If you need to estimate your tax liability, you can use TaxCaster.

However, be advised that under normal circumstances, you would not have to pay estimated taxes for the 2019 tax year to avoid a penalty if you owe less than $1,000 in tax after subtracting your withholdings and credits, or paid at least 90% of the tax for 2019 or 100% of the tax shown on your return for the 2018 tax year, whichever is smaller.
