Find a financial planner that knows taxes or  a tax attorney familiar with setting up businesses  ... your CPA may not have the knowledge needed to advise you.

Find a financial planner that knows taxes or  a tax attorney familiar with setting up businesses  ... your CPA may not have the knowledge needed to advise you.   Setting up a business for the sole purpose of tax evasion is against the law ... so unless there is a true business reason to do so you may make a big mistake. Whoever you talk to (and you may talk to more than one) should ask lots of questions and be able to answer all of yours.

Thanks, will do. I like to sleep worry free at night,  so I stay away from things even remotely illegal  🙂  Yes, I need a financial /tax planner more than tax accountant who tells me after the fact what I owe.
