On the Carryover worksheet, the state refund was greater than what we paid because of EIC. What do I do? TT is flagging the entry and I don't know what to do.

2020 State and Local Tax Info:  Total overpayment (f) is greater than total withheld/Pmts (d) because of EIC entered on 2020 Form OR-40-N.  Was this an error in last year's return?  Do I need to change the entry?

Many of the Oregon tax forms won't be final until 02/03/2022.   This could be causing an incorrect data transfer to your Carryover Worksheet.
