On tax-exempt dividend question

on tax-exempt dividend entry it says i have one or more states missing, i listed all the states that were listed on my tax paper also I have a U.S. possessions which is not listed, it will not let me go on. what do I do?

On tax-exempt dividend question

You're working tool hard......You don't list ALL the states.

You break out your Own state, and any US territories,,,, IF any are in your fund.

For the remainder, you just list the total left, and go to the end of the state list and select "More than one state" for the rest.

Example..:  $1000 of tax-exempt dividends.  I live in NC, and no bonds from US territories in my fund

I break that down as

NC...…………………...$20

More than one state.....$980
