It depends on your preference - but it sounds like you don't want to enter every fund.  If there is a Consolidated 1099-DIV for the entire amount, just enter that.  

If each fund is listed separately, you can enter them separately - as long as they add up to what's reported on the Consolidated 1099-DIV, you will be okay.  Some people prefer the detail.

Is it from a mutual fund company or a brokerage account? It makes a difference.

It depends on your preference - but it sounds like you don't want to enter every fund.  If there is a Consolidated 1099-DIV for the entire amount, just enter that.
