You need the separate Turbo Tax Business program.  Turbo Tax Business  is not available to do online or on a Mac.  You can buy the Window's version here.  And you can have both TT Business and TT Home & Business (or any personal version) installed on  your computer at the same time.

What year end?     What type  S-Corp or C-Corp?     however, for the first year would strongly recommend the use of a tax pro who could take you all the things you can, should  and must do in relation to its taxes.
