Need help with a capitol loss carry over I forgot to file for 3 years.

I used turbotax Premier, filled out the carry over loss problem and still come up with 0 refund, it should be 3,000. refund for the carry over.

The loss carry over needs to be applied first to the year after you claimed the loss initially, you'll need to start by amending the return that you forgot include the loss in.
