My rental property was damaged in 2018 and unrentable. Insurance claim was 1 1/2 year wait. Sold Aug 2019. Turbo Tax says it's not a rental. How do I enter this?

How do I change from detailed expenses from Ride Share Driving in 2018 to Standard Mileage Deduction in 2019? Not seeing any way.

You need to clarify your query. The title of your post relates to rental property. The body of your post has nothing what-so-ever to do with rental property. I would suggest you abandon this thread and just start a new one.

I had property damage as a result of a storm. I got estimates for repairs. My insurance covered a small portion. FEMA contributed some. Where do I report the FEMA $?
