I would advise against stopping the claiming of depreciation for your rental property.  The reason is explained further in the answer below as explained by SuperUser Zbucklyo.

However, since you asked how to stop, you would delete the Asset that is listed in your Rental Income and Expenses section of your return.  This would essentially stop the depreciation calculation without stating that you disposed of the Asset or stopped using it for business purposes.
