My passive loss from 2015 did not carry over into 2016. Where can I report this?

If your capital loss from is not carried over to 2016, you can enter it by following these steps:

In TurboTax, open your return and follow these steps:

Click on Federal Taxes, then on Wages and Income
Under All Income, locate the Investment Income section
Click Show more and click Start next to Capital Loss Carryover (see attached screenshot).
