Probably yes. Your daughter is your dependent if she is under 19 on December 31, and lived with you more than half the year, and provided less than half her own support.
Note that if she is away at college, that is a temporary absence and she is still considered to "live with you" if she would have lived with you anyway. On the other hand, taking out student loans to pay tuition is counted as support she provided herself (since the loans have to be paid back). So you may need to do a calculation. Also, as alluded to above, if she got married, she can't be your dependent even if she otherwise qualifies, if she files a joint return with her spouse. You could claim her if she files as married filing separately, but that would require discussion with her and her spouse to make sure you don't overlap.
