My cousin wholives in Germany bought ahouse in Florida and put it under his name and mine I pay rent to this house. should I select that I own a house or that I pay rent?

If your name is on the deed, then you're an owner.

You should select that you own a house.  You may be entitled to homeowner's deductions, even though you are a part-owner. ‌You did not rent your own home, rather you paid a portion of the expenses. Please see this helpful article: How do I deduct mortgage interest if I co-owned the home?
