Hawaii: If the rental property is generating income and is located in HI you will be required to report that rental income to HI as a nonresident.
The resident state, where you live now, requires all worldwide income received to be reported on their return for the period of residency. Therefore the rental income must be reported there as well.
On your resident return for the state where you live now you can take a credit for taxes paid to another state (on the same income).
