Mortgage interest on rental income

I entered the entire amount of mortgage interest on Schedule E and then entered the entire amount in my deductions section but it doubled by interest instead of using the percent of the single family home

You should delete the entry under you personal deductions.  TurboTax will calculate the amount applies to the rental portion and the remainder will flow to your Schedule A Itemized Deductions.
