Mortgage Interest in Rental Property has a glitch and not working

I have been trying to work on this problem for hours. In the Rental Properties section, I am not able to input any numbers into "Mortgage Interest". It keeps giving me a glitch saying "

Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section

Let's get you back to your taxes. Make sure your Internet is connected, and then select Try again or check back in a few minutes."

Here are the different steps I have tried:
• Cleared all cache and history

• Restarted computer & all browsers

• Tried on both Mac and Windows computers

• Tried TurboTax app on my phone and Turbotax online on my iphone

• Called customer support and they could not help

• Read all throughout the FAQ and help pages

• Tried deleting the 'Mortgage Interest' option but get the same error message

Please any help would be great. I cannot finish filing until this section is complete. I went to TOOLS section and have a diagnostic number in case anyone can look into my file. 

My token number is: 1347299

I have seen others with this same problem and would love to know what solutions you found.

Unfortunately, when we open the token on our desktop program, everything is great. You have gone above and beyond with this level or work, different devices, different browsers - I hope. Chrome, Firefox, etc. Internet explorer and the program don't always get along.

Since you have done everything in the online version, that just leaves changing to desktop. It is quick and easy. You pick up right where you left off. No having to enter anything a second time. Just add your mortgage interest.

See how to switch to desktop. On the desktop, you can enter the interest in the interview screen. If your program has some bug in that spot, you can switch to Forms mode and enter the qualified mortgage interest.

That was going to be my next step if all else fails.

I downloaded and paid for the desktop version, but it is not transferring all the work of my 2025 filing, only 2024. Please advise.

Will this issue not be addressed for this year?

If you're using TurboTax Desktop, search your computer for a .tax2024 file when starting a 2025 return to transfer into your new return.
