I received 1099-B from broker. One of my sale (long term gain) is not reported in 1099-B.
can I just file my tax based on my 1099-b provided by brokerage? And not varied about paying tax on missing entry in 1099-b

No, you’ll need to include the transaction for your long-term gain, even if it’s not reported on your Form 1099-B.
and you should find out why it's not reported before filing your return. contact your broker.
