Missing information for state (PA) K-1 sales price

I have several K-1 forms input that completed review in Federal Taxes section, but in the State section for Pennsylvania, there is a single line for K-1 information. Im guessing it compiles a summation of transferred information that auto-populates from the Federal section. There are a couple of concerns with the State section that Im not sure how to rectify. Does anyone have similar problem or solution?

1. The Date Acquired and Date Sold are both 12/31/22 - Is this a problem? There is no direct way to edit it.

2. The Net Sales Price box is empty, but the Cost Basis box is auto-filled with no way to edit it. What number / info should be placed in the Net Sales Price? There are a couple of threads already online about this from intuit but they are very confusing.
