Mass short term capital gains won't accept the amount Schwab has

You can enter an overall total for long and/or short term sales of stocks bonds and other investment type transactions.  Long term would be listed as one line item and short term would be listed as another line item.

If the total is too large, try breaking it up into two or more transactions.

Or are you referring to your Massachusetts state tax return?

Hi SweetieJean, Thank you.  It is my Mass State Tax return.    I gave up and am going to end up ,mailing it in I think.
