Macrs calculation for residential rental real estate

I noticed that 2 of rental properties had exactly the same MACRS depreciation value despite nothin else being the same. I think one of the calculations could be wrong. My basic data is as follows:

Property 1:

Cost: 96,000.

Land Cost: 22,500.

Date purchased: 01/01/2001

MACRS depreciation: $3,317

I think the correct MACRS number is $2673 [=(96000-22500)/27.5], but the one calculated by TurboTax matches one of my other rental properties exactly. Coincidence or programming glitch?

It could be a programming glitch, such as an artifact stuck in the program from a previous entry.

Regardless, the following screenshot depicts the results I got when I plugged in your numbers.
