K-1 for New Construction - Excess Accumulated Production Expenditures

I invested in a partnership that was in the middle of ground up construction of an apartment complex at YE20.   On the K-1 there is shown the partner's share of "excess accumulated production expenditures."   Do these need to get translated to the 2020 tax return somehow ?   If so, how would they be reported in the Turbo Tax input forms ?
