Fidelity NetBenefits is not available for data import at this time. Please upload your documents or enter the data manually by clicking Enter a different way. Try again later.(105)

First, make sure your investment firm is an approved import partners as listed out in this link.  If the name does not match exactly, it may not be an option that can be imported.

Please also see how do I import my 1099s and what if I can't import my 1099 for more options available to troubleshoot the issue you may be having.

Historically, my 1099-R forms contained in Fidelity NetBenefits has never been available as a tax import file.  I've always entered it manually from my paper printout.

______________

I don't know if it is just the two company pension 1099-R forms I need from them, or whether that is the situation for every 1099-R coming from any NetBenefits account.

The availability as a tax software download file could also change in some future year.
