Is the requirement to send a 1099-SEC for rental property only for named individuals or to LLCs/Companies as well?

Had rodent, electric, plumbing, and irrigation work done through named companies/LLCs. No work done through handyman.

Individuals and entities that are not corporations but only if your rental is a trade or business (or if you're claiming the QBI deduction).
