Is the rent payment for entire home asking about on a monthly basis, or for the whole year? same question for utilities.

I'm trying to list the expenses of my home office, and I'm just not sure if the values should include the YTD amount, or the monthly costs.

It is not asking monthly cost; the question would refer to the total paid in 2024.
