This is what I get "Let's get your forms.....you can ask interactive brokers if you'll get tax forms this year, and return to import when they're available. If you already have the info, you can enter it by hand. (902)"
The 1099 is available on Interactive Broker. IB is saying that "If the issue persists after refreshing the Query ID and Token, we recommend contacting TurboTax support for further assistance, as the issue may be on their end."
Whom can I contact on TurboTax end to rule out that the issue is not on their end?

same issue, talked to and exchanged email with Interactive Brokers support,
they say tax forms are completed (and pdf of 1099 is available in Reports),
but still no solution for the Turbotax reply that "IB forms not available yet"

just amended 1099 and now can be imported
I received an email from Interactive Brokers that an amended 1099 Form is available. I looked at the amended 1099 and there was no change at all from the original 1099 I had received. However, as pointed out in the previous post after I received this amended form 1099, import into TurboTax worked perfectly with no issue at all.
I did not have to disable my antivirus for the upload.
