In remodeling my rental property, are new kitchen cabinets "Residential Rental Real Estate", or "Appliances, carpet, furniture"?

Same question in regards to kitchen granite counter tops, new flooring, new windows and doors, new plumbing, and new electrical panels?

All of those items are generally "Residential Rental Real Estate".
