Import ET brokerage 1099

TurboTax doing NOTHING to fix 2021 import from ET brokerage 1099 issue. 

Message on Turbotax "There is no tax related info"

Spoke to two reps from Turbotax, spent two hours on hold. Was disconnected during conversation.

Turbotax knows about issue.

Don't give a s..t about. 

What they suggested ".... input manually", despite the fact that Premier Turbotax should do the job.

Complete waist of money.

Complete ignorance.

Will contact BBB.

Rep. promised to contact me about import of 1099 from brokerage. Nobody contacted me.

Still getting the same message

"There is no tax related info".

Turbotax getting extra money for Premium from us, customers.

In return customers getting nothing. Zero

Customer service reps' response is to type manually all brokerage info.

Company didn't care about customers after sh...product had been sold.
