Massachusetts Resident/Non-Resident Rental Deduction
The question on the form is "Did you have a family home or any other dwelling outside Massachusetts during 2016 to which you regularly returned (or to which you intend to return in the future)?". When we were MA residents, we had no other dwelling. Once we moved to GA, we no longer paid MA rent. Do we qualify for this deduction?
