Sold condo that was jointly owned with daughter. Owned it for 13 years and rented it for the last 4 years. Can this be claimed on her tax filing? Or do I need to also?

This was her sole residence for 9 years.

If you jointly owned the property, you would each take a percentage (I am assuming 50/50) of the basis, expenses of sale, depreciation and sales price. Your Forms 4797 should look the same, figuring gain or loss on the sale.
