Rental repair expenses are less than actual expenses

my 2016 rental repairs were over $10k, but in my rental expenses summary details, it only shows $4720. Why? repairs should be 100% deductible, correct?

Rental repair expenses are less than actual expenses

If you have less than 100% allocated as a rental that percentage is used in allocation.

Depends on how the property was first listed into the Turbotax program.
