Should I file a NJ State tax form for my NJ Non-Rental Condo, when I live in MD. Also, should I show this on my Federal tax form.

If it's just a second home then that's not a tax event requiring a NJ return. Property taxes on the NJ condo, and (probably, as long as you don't have more than one second home. if you have more than one, only one can be treated as a qualified residence) any mortgage interest, are deductible in your federal and state returns.
