My wife & I manage  2 complexes for the property owner in lieu of rent valued in our area at $1800.00 per mo. for our unit. We do pay for any & all repairs & upgrades as needed as well as cover all expenses due to on site managerial expenses. Is this another business?

Yes, that would be barter income and is reportable as self-employment income.
