If I received a W2 from selling emoployee stock where do I enter it? Under Stocks or under W-2?
The form W-2 that you received from selling employee stock must be entered as a W-2 under Wages and Income.
This represents the difference between the market price of the stock and your employee discounted price and is taxed as ordinary income.
