If I ran a home based business for 1/2 the year, and the other half I rented my home, can I claim the same mortgage/real estate taxes expense on my schedule C and E?
I used my primary residence for my home-based business for half of 2018, The other half I moved and rented it out. Can I claim my mortgage expenses and real estate taxes on both Schedule C and E?

Are you asking if you can deduct double those expenses? I suspect you realize that would be double dipping. Deduct half of the expenses for the rental and a business percentage for half the year for your home office.
