If I have entered my 2018 capital loss carryover (short- and long-term), on my 2019 return, why is turbotax showing $0.00 as a capital loss in the summary?

All of my 2018 capital loss carryover amounts are correct, but it appears that I am not able to claim the capital loss carryover.

If your capital loss carryover is showing zero in the 2019 column, that indicates that the carryover has been fully absorbed by your capital gains and/or the entire $3,000 that would be applied against all other income has been fully utilized.
