I want to put all rental income on my wife's return even though we are partners
I have too much income so if I put half of rental income on my return it puts me in a higher tax bracket.

If you and your wife are equal owners in the rental property, you cannot artificially allocate the rental property income (or losses) by way of filing separately. Also, if you live in a community property state, you'd have to split 50-50 even if your name was the only one on the deed /mortgage.
