I turned my primary residence into a rental property starting 11/1. How do I calculate the property taxes, insurance premiums, and PMI to properly classify them?

I use an escrow account to make the payments, so do I divide the amounts reported on the 1098 by 12, and report 2 months worth as rental expenses?
