I rented house for 49 days, used for 8 days. Get "Days personal should not be more than 0. You indicated this is an owner-occupied rental property." Any ideas why?

I bought house this year to rent.  I rented for 49 days and used it myself for 8 days.  When doing 'smart check', I keep getting the error "Days personal should not be more than 0. You indicated this is an owner-occupied rental property."  Any ideas why I am getting this and what I can do?

This is a home you live in and rent part, 

When you are the screen "What type of rental is this?"  you can  make the selection that applies to your situation by marking those that  apply from the list available.

Vacation use for personal and rental.

You need to reread and change the selection that applies.

Then a different path is created.

Then you enter days of personal use.

Then the vacation rules are applied in the Turbotax program.
