I rent farm land and put drain tile on it which can be depreciated. Where do I put that into turbotax? I'm using Rental property and Royalties (Sch E)?

Add that as an asset in the schedule E section. You can type   schedule e   into the search box and click the "Jump to schedule e" link. Please see screenshot below.
