I rent a home to a family and provide internet service, can I deduct the expense on my tax return?

The cost of the Internet Service that you pay for can be designated as a Utility Expense in your Schedule E (or Schedule C if it is not passive income). Even if the tenant pays for all, or part, of the bill you should still consider it in your expenses.
