I recieved cash rent income from the farmer renting my land in the amount of $7,000. I reciecved a 1099-MISC with income of $7,000 in Box 1 Rents. How do I enter this?

Report that income by going to Federal Taxes>Wages & Income>Rental and Royalty Income.
