Yes.

Businesses and financial institutions are permitted to issue Form 1098/1099 substitutes. These are documents not using the standard approved format of Forms 1098, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-MISC, 1099-R, etc., but presenting to the taxpayer in a clear, understandable way all of the required information that would be provided on the IRS-approved form.

You should enter information from a Form 1099 substitute in exactly the same manner as you would if supplied with the approved form.
