I purchased a home this year and my fiancé contributes to our household expenses by paying me $900 a month. We don’t have a lease agreement. Do I report this as income?

No.   That is just household cost sharing and does not go on a tax return.

No  you will not report this as income unless you have a valid lease agreement in place outlining contractual responsibilities for both parties. Otherwise your fiancé share of his or hers household expenses is not taxable income to be reported on your return.
