I paid property taxes for all of 2018, but rented out my home in September. Do I report the entire year of property tax paid in the section on Rental Properties?

It is usually best to enter your entire amount of Property Tax and Mortgage Interest in the Rental section first, and let TurboTax calculate the amount to transfer to your Schedule A.
