I paid federal income taxes when I sold stocks and this was not inputted

Was it withheld on the 1099-B  ?    Or did you make an estimated payment ?

Then why didn't you input that information?  "I'll enter additional information on my own."  The amounts should be in Box 4 and Box 16.  Is it?
