I own stock in Wal-Mart de Mexico. I have no 1099 DIV from this company but my broker claims I received $338.00 in DIV. How do I report on my1040 without a 1099 DIV ?

All you can do here is enter the dividend "as if" you DID receive a 1099-DIV.  You might want to ask your broker about how much of this is "qualified dividends".  Don't worry about "but I didn't receive a 1099-DIV!"  If you look at Schedule B itself - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040sb.pdf - you'll see there's no reference to "1099-DIV" there at all.  Simply payer's name and amount.
