I own land, which is not rented, where do I show its property tax and expenses?

If you are not in the business of buying and selling land, you would deduct the property taxes under FederalDeduction & Credits, Property (Real Estate) Taxes, then click Start or Edit. 

You will see a screen that states "Enter the Property Taxes You Paid", you would put the amount under "Additional Property".
