I moved to Oregon and have rental income in California. How do i avoid double state taxation?

It will be tax on both state return HOWEVER if you complete the non resident return first and then the resident return the program will compute a credit for the taxes already paid in CA on the OR return.    In the year of the move you will file a part year return for both states.
