I moved from Maryland to Ohio. Before moving, I sold stock and had a net gain that was taxed in Maryland as income. Should I claim this as Double-Taxed Income in OH?

No, if you sold the stock while you were a Maryland resident, you would pay the tax to Maryland only.  You would not also include it as Ohio source income.

My Ohio State return line "3. Ohio adjusted gross income" appears to be including the value of the stock sale (that occurred while I was a resident of MD). Line "2b. Deductions – Ohio Schedule A, line 35" is blank.

Go back to the Ohio return, Edit the Credits and Taxes, and you should be able to allocate the capital gains.  Let me know if that does not work.

I don't see a way to edit my income directly. The only section that seems relevant is "Personal, home and family credits-->Taxes on income in other states". When I click that, it brings me to the question about Double Taxed Income (my original question).

Click Done with credits and taxes at the bottom, it should be next

Actually, it seems it should be after the Income.  You are welcome.
