I'm paying rent for my child's apartment - can I claim her - she earned over $10k

Although she earned over $10k, I am providing more the 50% of living expenses.

That may well be.  But if she is 19 or older on December 31, 2018 and no longer a student, or 23 or older even though she's a student, you may not claim her as a dependent.  If she's a student, you may still be able to claim her as a qualifying child if she did not provide half of her own support because she is still considered to live with you.  Otherwise, she made too much money to qualify as your dependent.
