What kind of 1099? 1099-MISC? 1099-R? 1099-DIV? etc. There are 20 types of 1099's.

Actually I read into it and found the exact term, it's making me fill out a " taxpayers health insurance worksheet" saying I need to use a 1099hc form but I have a 1095c form. Sorry I wasnt specific earlier on.
